Business instant messaging applications technology industry was in the spotlight after Facebook acquired WhatsApp worth 19 billion dollars and Rakuten acquired Viber for 900 million U.S. dollars . BlackBerry was interested in selling the BlackBerry Messenger service ( BBM ) .

It was expressed BlackBerry CEO John Chen in an interview with CNBC television . He says willing to make the fuel as a new entity , or even sell it , as long as the price is right . " If someone comes to me with 19 billion dollars , I would definitely sell it . Means , I would recommend the board of directors to take it , " said Chen , Tuesday ( 25/02/2014 ) .

BlackBerry takes steps to provide fuel for the user application iOS and Android in October 2014 . Fuel will also be available for Windows Phone . This was done to increase the number of users and benefit from such services .

Will include the latest version of BBM message encryption features aimed at improving security , which has been a serious concern among businessmen and bankers .

" The potential that would be great . Neither side has a secure messaging infrastructure , and we are the only ones who have it , " said Chen .

To get money from the service BBM , BlackBerry stickers plans to sell digital content . This step has been done a number of other instant messaging providers , such as Line and KakaoTalk .

BlackBerry offered stickers can be downloaded from the application of fuel . Each pack will contain 20 to 25 stickers . A number of characters in movies and TV series promised would appear in the form of stickers .
